Not all textbooks are eligible to be requested via ILL, mainly because other libraries do not own the most recent version. If a textbook is available, we will make an attempt to borrow a copy that is more than two years old and is widely available. Keep in mind that you may not be able to borrow the material for an entire semester. We have to comply with the due date given to us from the lending library. 

What are other options if I can't order a textbook via ILL?

You can try to order a copy via EZBorrow. Other options include: renting from the Bookstore, or trying online sources such as CheggSlugbooks, or Amazon
