That error message appears when the off campus authentication system (EZproxy) detects a user is downloading an excessive amount of content. Changing browsers won't help in this case. EZProxy limit settings are global - if this happens, please let us know at ask.us@fandm.edu, or contact Todd Higgins or Ken Siegert directly.
